(“Youzi AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with the Youzi AI Ads Platform and this website. Our platform is currently under development. Features that depend on third-party advertising APIs will be made available only after the required access and user authorization are approved.

We may collect business contact information, such as your name, company name, email address, and the content of messages you send to us.

Authorized advertising data

If you connect an advertising account in the future, we may receive information made available through the applicable advertising platform API after you authorize access. Depending on the permissions granted, this may include account identifiers, campaign structures, ad and creative metadata, budgets, delivery status, and aggregated performance or reporting metrics.

Technical information

We may collect limited website and service information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, referring pages, and security or diagnostic logs.

3. How we use information

We may use information to:

• provide campaign management, analytics, reporting, and optimization services requested by users;
• authenticate users and maintain authorized account connections;
• generate data-informed insights and recommendations for user review;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the platform;

We do not sell personal information or authorized advertising data. We do not use authorized advertising data for purposes unrelated to providing and improving the services requested by the authorizing user.

4. TikTok API data

If TikTok API access is approved and a user authorizes a TikTok advertising account, we will handle data received through the API in accordance with the user’s authorization, this Privacy Policy, applicable law, and TikTok’s applicable developer terms and policies. TikTok data will be used to provide requested advertising account management, reporting, performance analysis, and optimization support. We will not represent that access exists before it is approved.

5. How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, and operate the platform, subject to appropriate contractual and security safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a corporate transaction. We do not share authorized advertising data with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal requirements. Retention periods may vary by data type. When an account connection is revoked or a valid deletion request is completed, we will delete or de-identify associated data unless retention is required by law or necessary for security and fraud prevention.

To request access, correction, or deletion, or to revoke a platform connection, email mengguo@youzienglish.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the relevant account before completing the request.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
